Very serious post
Over the past few days I have discovered that I am not as educated on some things as I thought. Let’s get serious for a few minutes...umkay? Let’s talk porn!
I have been watching porn for years and have seen a wide variety of fetishes and have always felt in the know with what was popular. I am not talking about just gay porn but all types as I am a real voyeur and love to watch! (Ok...maybe that was TMI but get over it). I know the peeps behind the counter at my local rental place think I am really a screwed up individual. The local place has an ongoing special of renting 3 vids for $10 for 3 nights...can’t beat that with a stick! I have been known to rent a straight, bi and gay video at one time. I guess I am an equal opportunity porn watcher if you will.
However, over the holidays I happened upon a site that is very similar to RTVW except they discuss porn and porn of all types! Over the weekend, I spent time reading many of the threads there and I learned more in two days than over the 20 years that I spent watching the stuff. The funny thing is that porn is just like TV in that there are trends (fetishes) and tend to change very quickly.
All this got me wondering just how many of these types of fetishes are played out in homes of the very people that post over at that other place. How many of them are played out with the peeps reading this right now? You know who you are!

*dives into the Playboy Mansion pool* Sometimes I get porn, sometimes I don't. Fetishes, I generally don't get. How does one decide that things like (we'll go PG) sucking toes makes them get off? Does it just spontaneously happen one day, or is it something the person progressivelhy fantasized about for awhile? I suppose the dawn of the internet has spawned more widespread fetishes, as people have a more open place to talk about them.
Well, that's more thinking about porn than I've done in awhile.

Weltek, I think some of the stuf (such as sucking toes) just comes by fantasizing about but others I think comes from seeing it on a video and then becoming obssessed with.

Zombs, reality porn is called Gonzo porn. There was an article recently written about how Gonzo porn had changed the way people (who are into porn) watch porn. It is a huge industry. Gonzo porn brought in over 30 BILLION in 2004. The big time studios are having to change the way they produce movies just to keep up.
I had never really heard of clown porn until one of the gay porn stars I followed (for a while) introduced his web site at the end of a movie he was in. He gets into clown porn...I never knew it was out there.
The names over at the other place really aren't that funny or creative but some of them are in reference to some fetish they are into.
